As a power electronic device, the mainfunction of photovoltaic inverters is to convert the DC generated byphotovoltaic modules into AC. There will be a sense of warmth when theapparent temperature of the human body is about 36 degrees; a burning sensationaround 45 degrees; burning pain when long term contact at around 50 degrees;burns when long term contact at 60 degrees can cause.

Due to the need for heat dissipation andthe special nature of the working environment (outdoor direct sunlight) of theinverter, safety standards stipulate that the temperature of the inverter shellcannot exceed 70 degrees. When the external environment temperature is 40 degreesin summer, the shell temperature is generally between 55 degrees and 60degrees. Therefore, when people touch the inverter shell, they will feel hot,but it will not cause burns.
